Dear Winemakers,
We are pleased to announce that registration is now open for Amber Georgia, the first Georgian Amber Wine Fair in the United States, taking place on November 8th, 2025 at Industry City, New York City. This event will bring together the largest group of Georgian natural winemakers ever assembled in the U.S., sharing the soul, traditions, and craftsmanship of Sakartvelo with the world.
To ensure the authenticity and integrity of the fair, participation is limited to:
Small wineries producing no more than 40,000 liters annually
Wineries using organic methods of viticulture
Wineries making natural wines without additives, with a maximum of 50 mg/L total sulfur
Registration requirements:
The winemaker must attend the fair in person. Representatives already based in the U.S. are not eligible.
Deadline for registration: September 15, 2025
For initial registration, applicants must provide a photo of their valid U.S. visa
Upon acceptance of initial registration, a flight ticket confirmation will be required to finalize participation

Please note: all winery applications are subject to approval by the Amber Georgia management team
Important information:
A participation fee of $200 is required from each winery.
All travel and related costs (flights, accommodation, personal expenses) must be covered by the participating winery.
A limited amount of wines will be accepted for presentation. The shipment of wines will be organized centrally by the National Wine Agency of Georgia, in coordination with the participating wineries.
Amber Georgia will be an extraordinary opportunity to showcase your wines, connect with international trade professionals, and honor Georgia’s living winemaking heritage on a global stage.
