Andrias Gvino
Our cellar was founded in 1984 by my grandfather, Alexander Wolski. For generations, my family has crafted wine naturally — without additives, chemicals, or filtration — first for ourselves, and now for the world.
Today I continue this tradition with the same respect for nature and qvevri winemaking. Our vineyards are organically farmed, unirrigated, and never treated with systemic chemicals or fertilizers. Grapes are handpicked, carefully sorted, and only the best berries are used. Fermentation and malolactic conversion occur spontaneously on indigenous yeasts, with no added sulfites at any stage. Wines are aged in buried clay qvevri, unfiltered and unclarified.
The result is authentic Georgian wine — pure, living, and honest — grown with love, made by hand, and true to its terroir.

DoReMi
DoReMi was founded by two wine loving friends. There mission became the goal of creating the finest organic wines using ancient Georgian techniques. The grapes are harvested from bio vineyards located in different parts of Georgia. The wines are made with wild yeast and free from any additives. Most of the wines are fermented with skins and aged in Kvevris which are traditional clay pots used in Georgia. The family of Giorgi and Mamuka have been making wine at home all their lives, the same as their grandparents, their grandparents and etc.
By 2014 was bottled first bottle DoReMi Mtsvane, and it became possible to introduce "DoRemi wine" to a wider range of wine lovers both within the country and in different parts of the world.
From our wines I want to especially emphasize Kakhetian style wines. Which means fermentation and aging in Kvevri with 6 month maceration. From which we get amber colored wine with different energies. Such wines clearly express the terroir and its special character.
We also get interesting but different type of wines from grape varieties grown in other parts of Georgia (Kartli and Imereti). They are more distinguished by their tenderness and aroma than by their body and energy, they are dominated by more fruit and flower tones.
DoReMi is a member of the "Association of Natural Wine", which unites a group of winemakers from all over the Georgia focused on environmental protection and creating ecologically clean products. To be a member of association means to care for the vineyards according to organic rules and make wine without any industrial yeasts or other chemical additives.

Ia's Wines
What began as a chance discovery became a life-changing calling. Years ago, in her family’s old village home in Kakheti, Ia Imerlishvili uncovered century-old qvevris buried beneath the earth — silent vessels holding the memory of generations past. This moment sparked the birth of Ia’s Winery, a family-run estate rooted in tradition, passion, and place.
Ia established her vineyards in one of Kakheti’s most unique micro-zones, Tsinandali, Teliani Valley where she cultivates local grape varieties with her family using organic practices and age-old techniques. Every bottle reflects the land’s quiet power and the personal story of a woman reviving a legacy — not just preserving it.

Lagvani
I founded “Lagvani” in 2018 producing wine following strictly winemaking method from Kakheti:
Aging wine with full grape solids, extended maceration or aging on the lees for 6 months to produce a more complex, tannic wine. After the extended skin contact the wine is returned to Qvevri for the next two years to continue aging. The wine is not filtered at any age.
The production of wine per year is 5000 bottles - Rkatsiteli,Mtsvane Kakhuri, Saperavi, Kisi, Mtvivani, Orbeluri and Sparkling Wine.
The vineyards are taken care of following bio-organic methods - no fertilizer additives. The only fertilizer used is the grass, which also doubles as mulch. These choices support soil health improvement and nutrient cycling.
The winery hosts guests from all around the world throughout the year. We offer professional wine tasting alongside with traditional Georgian culinary and masterclasses.

Manavi Wines
Nestled in the heart of Manavi, a quaint village in Eastern Georgia, Manavi Wines crafts exceptional wines from our 6-hectare vineyard, situated in a renowned “Microzone.” This region is celebrated for its fertile soil and ideal climate, perfect for cultivating the distinctive Mtsvane grape variety, known for its fruity, vibrant character. Alongside Mtsvane, we grow the elegant Rkatsiteli and a small but special amount of the bold Saperavi grape.
At Manavi Wines, we believe that great wine starts in the vineyard. Our focus is on cultivating quality over quantity, with every vine carefully tended to and nurtured with minimal intervention. We prioritize sustainable practices, allowing nature to take its course while ensuring the grapes grow in a way that reflects their true potential. This approach not only preserves the integrity of the land but ensures that the fruit we harvest is of the highest quality. Our commitment to quality extends to the harvest itself. The grapes are handpicked with great care, placed in small boxes to preserve their freshness and avoid any damage. Every bunch is treated like a precious gem, guaranteeing only the finest fruit makes its way into our wines.
The magic of our winemaking process happens in traditional Georgian clay vessels known as Qvevri—buried deep in the ground to maintain a stable temperature throughout fermentation and aging. These ancient vessels, with capacities ranging from 1 to 2 tons, allow the wine to naturally breathe and purify itself from sediments, creating a truly unique flavor profile. While we honor this centuries-old tradition, our approach to winemaking also embraces a touch of modern techniques, that brings freshness and new soul to every bottle. True to our philosophy, we use no yeasts or any other additives in the process, letting the grapes speak for themselves.
Our white wines are crafted in two distinct styles: with and without skin contact. The skin contact process, lasting up to six months, imparts a beautiful amber hue and a complex, rich character. Wines made from pure juice are light, bright, and irresistibly fruity, offering a fresh and lively experience. At Manavi Wines, we are doing our best to connects the land, the tradition, and the authenticity of Georgian winemaking, while embracing a forward-thinking approach that makes our wines uniquely our own. Our wines are a true reflection of the region’s spirit and the care we put into every step of production. -

Our Wine
Our Winewas founded in 2003 by Soliko Tsaishvili and his friends on a mission to revive the traditions of Georgian winemaking and viticulture, which were on the verge of being forgotten.
Today, we cultivate around 3.1 hectares of vineyards in Georgia’s Kakheti region, within the historically renowned Kardanakhi and Bakurtsikhe micro-zones. Our vineyards are located in some of the finest terroirs: Tsarapi, Akhoebi and Chortauli. Our cellar is located in Bakurtsikhe village in the Gurjaani district of Kakheti in eastern Georgia and has a total qvevri capacity of 23 tons.
Our vineyards range in age from 13 to 45 years old and have a planting density of between 3,600 and 4,800 vines per hectare. They are dry-farmed without irrigation. In late February, we apply the double Guyot training system, plough the soil regularly and fertilise it every fourth year with limited amounts of organic manure.
We cultivate only indigenous Georgian grape varieties: Rkatsiteli, Kisi, Khikhvi, Kakhuri Mtsvane, Goruli Mtsvane, Gvinis Tetri, Mtsvivani and Saperavi.
The entire winemaking process takes place in a traditional Georgian cellar using the Kakhetian method. Fermentation, maceration and ageing all take place in clay qvevri vessels buried underground. Maceration lasts for six months, followed by 12 months of maturation in qvevris before bottling. None of our wines are filtered, sulfited or treated with artificial additives or preservatives.

Tilisma
It all started in 2012, when the owners Ketevan Akolashvili and Christian Hubert decided to purchase some land for the plantation of vineyards. Ketevan is from the village of Velistsikhe in the Kakhetian region of Georgia, which is where they decided to settle their activity.
In 2013, Shota Akolashvili, Ketevan's father, gave them a first plot of land planted with old vineyards. In the following years, adjacent plots were acquired and planted with new vineyards to finally constitute a small estate of 12 hectares.
In 2018, the old qvevris in Ketevan's family house were refurbished. The qvevris were installed by Shalva Akolashvili, Ketevan's grandfather, in 1950 when he started to produce wine and export it to other Soviet Republics. In 2018, a first saperavi qvevri red wine was produced in 300 bottles.
In 2019, 30 new qvevris of various capacities were ordered and the construction of a new traditional marani was launched close to the vineyards.
