Iago's Winery
Iago Bitarishvili is a pioneering natural winemaker in Chardakhi, Kartli, specializing in Chinuri. A pioneer of organic Georgian wine, he helped promote ecological farming, natural winemaking, and Georgian wine internationally.
Tariel Lomtadze’s Marani
Tariel Lomtadze’s family winery is located in Khvanchkara, Racha. The winery combines long-standing family traditions, local grape varieties, and traditional qvevri winemaking. Visitors can taste unique wines of Racha and discover the region’s rich winemaking heritage and culture.
Variani's Marani
Variani’s Marani is located in the village of Variani, Gori Municipality, in Shida Kartli. The wine cellar produces natural, dry wines mainly from local Kartli grape varieties, including Goruli Mtsvane and Chinuri, expressing the region’s unique character and Georgian winemaking traditions.
Valiko’s Wine
Valiko’s Wine is a family heritage that began in the 1970s in the village of Iliatsminda, Sighnaghi, with our grandfather’s small vineyard and tireless dedication. His enthusiasm taught us that wine should be alive and natural, like life itself — inspiring in us a love for natural wine and the art of winemaking.
Marani Khazhalia
Marani Khazhalia is a family winery located in Geguti, Imereti region, founded in 2022. It produces natural qvevri wines from Kakhetian and Imeretian grape varieties using traditional methods, with an annual production of 3,500 bottles, ensuring quality and authenticity.
Marani Enkeni
Enkeni, a family-owned winery founded by Lasha Guruli, is located in Akhalterjola, Imereti. Its name originates from a traditional festival associated with the grape harvest. Since 2015, the winery has continued Imeretian winemaking traditions, producing natural wines from local grape varieties in 200-year-old qvevri.
Vinome
Vinome is a small, craft winery from Kisiskhevi, founded by siblings Tamuka and Merabi Araviashvili. Born from their grandfather’s 60-year-old vineyard, Vinome makes natural wines with hands-on craft, freedom, experimentation, and a bold spirit of expression.
Our Wine
Founded in 2003, Our Wine is located in Bakurtsikhe village and cultivates only indigenous Georgian grape varieties in Kardanakhi and Bakurtsikhe micro-zones.
Tilisma
Founded in 2012 by Ketevan Akolashvili and Christian Hubert, the family winery in Velistsikhe grew into a 12-hectare estate. Reviving ancestral qvevris, it produces traditional Georgian wines rooted in family heritage.
Gabriel's Wine
Gabriel’s Wine was established in 2016 by Father Gabriel Khomasuridze in his family home in Gamarjveba, Kvemo Kartli. The winery produces small-batch natural qvevri wines and traditional pét-nats. Winemaking is entirely natural, without additives or filtration.

Zura MgvdliashviliNatural Winemaker & Managing Founder of Georgia’s Natural Wine Association
Zura Mgvdliashvili is the owner and winemaker of Nikalas Marani, a traditional family wine cellar located in the village of Kardenakhi, Gurjaani Municipality, Kakheti. He cultivates organically farmed vineyards and produces natural, additive-free wines from indigenous Georgian grape varieties using the traditional Georgian qvevri winemaking method. The winery is named after Zura’s great-grandfather, Nikala Mgvdliashvili, who founded the original family Marani in 1928. Today, Zura continues a four-generation family winemaking tradition, preserving his family's heritage while remaining committed to authentic, minimal-intervention winemaking.
Iago BitarishviliWinemaker, Georgia
Based in the village of Chardakhi in Georgia’s Kartli region, Iago Bitarishvili is a pioneering natural winemaker devoted exclusively to the indigenous Chinuri grape variety. He was among the first winemakers in Georgia to produce certified organic wine, inspiring a new generation of small growers to embrace ecological viticulture and authentic, low-intervention winemaking.
Together with fellow winemaker Soliko Tsaishvili, Iago was also among the first to introduce Georgian natural wines to international markets through export. Today, his wines are enjoyed in 11 countries, reflecting his longstanding commitment to quality, tradition, and sustainable winemaking.
